私の茶道の先生は、だいぶ足腰が弱っていて最近は、着物を着るのも大変らしくたいていお洋服でお稽古を見てくださっていたのですが、米寿のお祝いの前後あたりから驚異的に回復され今では以前のようにきちんと着物でお稽古に来られます。昔からあるお祝いは、生きる気力を与える魔法なのかと思えるほど。。初夏の時期、先生、あの帯を締めてくれないかな、、と楽しみにしているのは「青楓」の染め帯です。初めて見たとき初夏なのにもみじ模様？と思ったのですが緑色の葉は初夏に、紅葉は秋に使うのだそうです。両方が描かれているものもあり、それは、初夏と秋の両方に使えるそうです。

i thought that i use the design of the maple in autumn, but use of the blue maple leaf pattern in early summer.
the blue maple is early summer. the red maple is autumn. and if red and a blue maple are drawn together,autumn and early summer .

昔から言われていることって、ただのダジャレみたいなものと思っていたら意外と言えてる！とか当たってる！ってこととかあるんですよね。
